From intimate private parties to large halls, weddings, corporate events and outdoor productions, Intricate Audio provides DJ, professional audio, lighting and video solutions throughout the GTA and surrounding areas.
We are an audio company first. That means sound quality, clean system setup and proper coverage are at the centre of every event we take on. We then build the lighting and video around the room to create a complete production that looks as good as it sounds.

Professional Audio

For music-focused events, we prioritize clarity, headroom and strong low-frequency performance rather than simply making the system loud. For speeches and corporate events, the priority shifts to even coverage and maximum vocal intelligibility.

Flexible Event Packages
Rather than forcing every event into the same package, we scale the production around what you actually need. Common starting points include:
- Sound & Speech: PA system, mixer and microphone package for meetings, speeches, ceremonies and presentations.
- DJ Essentials: DJ service, appropriately sized sound system and wireless microphone.
- DJ + Lighting: DJ Essentials plus dance-floor lighting and room lighting.
- Wedding Production: DJ/MC support, reception sound, wireless microphones, lighting and optional separate ceremony audio.

Equipment-Only Rentals
Already have your own DJ, technician or event team? Select PA speakers, subwoofers, mixers, microphones, wireless systems, DJ equipment, lighting, projectors, screens, stands, cabling and related production equipment can also be arranged without full event service.
Service Area
We service Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including Durham, York, Peel and Halton, as well as surrounding areas. Events outside the GTA can also be quoted based on location and production requirements.
Pricing & Quotes
Every event is different, so pricing is currently based on a custom quote rather than a one-size-fits-all rate. The main factors are event type, date, venue, guest count, hours of coverage, number of audio zones, sound-system size, lighting, video, staffing, travel and setup requirements.
