ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow up to three business days to process your order. Expect an email within five business days to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL PICKUP

Items can be picked up in the Greater Toronto Area (Ontario, Canada). We will email you to confirm the date, time & location, which depends on which warehouse our products are coming from.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within five business days using any major shipping provider (UPS, Purolator, etc). Flat rate shipping fees have been set up for orders within North America; however, in certain situations, the flat-rate amount might be too high or too low. In that event, we will recalculate the shipping fee once the order has been processed, and we'll update your invoice and wait for your approval before we ship the items out. If we do not hear from you after three contact attempts, we will cancel your order and refund your money to the original source of payment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are currently not set up for international shipping; however, we are working on it. If you do reside outside of North America and are interested in purchasing from us, please email us as sales@intricateaudio.com for a custom shipping quote.
